Our signature "back in" site is overlooks South Holston Lake and the Cherokee National Forest and it features a custom pavered patio with sitting wall, firepit and wood box.
Rate includes up to four people, one vehicle, one camper, 20, 30 & 50 AMP, water, sewer, electric, Wi-Fi, and a picnic table.

Thank you for staying with us! To maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all our guests, please read and follow this policy during your stay at Wolf Lair Campground.

1. Site Use & Hookups

Sites are designed for registered campers only (travel trailers, RVs, or motorhomes).
All campers must be self-contained and utilize designated hookups only. Unauthorized connections or modifications to site utilities are prohibited.
Please ensure power, water, and sewer lines are properly and securely connected. Leaks, spills, or damage to the utility infrastructure must be reported immediately.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: 3:00 PM
Check-out: 12:00 PM
Early check-in or late check-out must be arranged in advance and are subject to availability.

3. Site Condition & Conduct

Keep your site clean and free of debris. All trash should be disposed of in provided receptacles at the bottom of the campground as you exit.
Please do not disturb the natural vegetation or rearrange rocks, fire rings, or landscaping.

4. Quiet Hours & Behavior

Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Loud music, generators, or disruptive behavior is not permitted during quiet hours.
The use of generators outside of quiet hours is allowed only if they meet noise compliance standards.

5. Fire Safety

Fires are allowed only in designated fire pits or grills, and must never be left unattended.
All fires must be fully extinguished before leaving the site or going to sleep.
Fire bans may be enforced during dry seasons—please check current fire conditions upon arrival.

6. Pets

Well-behaved pets are welcome, but must be leashed at all times and never left unattended.
Owners must clean up after pets. Repeated violations may result in removal from the campground.

7. Waste

Please do not flush non-biodegradable items into the system (e.g., wipes, feminine products, paper towels).

8. Liability & Risk Acknowledgement

Guests assume all risks associated with camping, including weather, wildlife, and natural terrain.
The campground is not liable for loss, theft, damage to vehicles or property, or personal injury resulting from site use.

9. Maximum Occupancy

Each site accommodates up to 1 camper and 1 vehicle.
Maximum occupancy: 5 guests per site. Additional vehicles or guests must park in the overflow parking in front of the camp store.
